“Undercover Chicken” follows a group of struggling narcotics detectives,
led by their determined squad chief, Go. After a series of failed missions, they are given a final chance to redeem themselves: an undercover surveillance operation targeting an international drug ring.
Their stakeout location? A seemingly inconspicuous chicken restaurant. Things initially go as planned, but a sudden announcement throws a wrench in their operation: the restaurant is facing closure.
Undeterred, Go and his team decide to take matters into their own hands, purchasing the restaurant to maintain their cover. However, an unexpected twist of fate occurs: their improvised rib marinade for a sticky chicken recipe proves to be an instant hit, transforming the struggling eatery into a local sensation.
Now, the detectives must balance their undercover mission with the demands of running a successful restaurant, all while navigating the unexpected challenges that come with their newfound fame.
