Ranvijay Singh, often simply called Vijay, is the rebellious son of the influential Delhi-based industrialist, Balbir Singh.
Despite his father’s strict demeanor, Vijay harbors a deep love for him. However, their relationship is strained due to Balbir’s demanding work schedule and Vijay’s impulsive nature.
A pivotal moment in Vijay’s life occurs when he is expelled from India and sent to a boarding school in the United States after a heated confrontation with bullies who were harassing his sister, Reet. This incident marks a turning point for Vijay, forcing him to mature and reflect on his actions.
Upon returning to India, Vijay’s tumultuous relationship with his father and brother-in-law, Varun, reaches a boiling point. This leads to another significant decision: Vijay marries his childhood sweetheart, Geetanjali, and leaves India to start a new life in the United States.
