Jung Do-man is a by-the-book traffic cop whose strict adherence to rules,
like ticketing his new boss, often causes him trouble.
His new boss, police chief Lee Seung-man, faces a bigger problem: a series of bank robberies hitting the town of Sampo.
To calm public fears, the chief decides to stage a realistic police drill demonstrating their capabilities.
Do-man is chosen to play the bank robber,
but his characteristic attention to detail leads him to meticulously plan and attempt the “perfect crime” within the confines of the drill.
