Park Dong-won and his family finally buy a condo
after years of hard work and celebrate with a housewarming party.
However, a massive sinkhole,
caused by heavy rain, suddenly swallows their condo, trapping Park, his neighbor Jeong Man-soo,
and their guests underground.
As they try to find a way out, more rain starts to fall, threatening to flood the sinkhole. They must race against time to escape.
