Detective Jung Tae-suk investigates a serial killer,
clashing with his commanding officer. Crime boss Jang Dong-soo is also attacked by the same killer.
The unlikely pair form an alliance: Dong-soo seeks revenge, while Tae-suk aims for an arrest.
Their tense hunt culminates in the capture of the killer, Kang Kyung-ho.
With Dong-soo’s pivotal, albeit manipulated, testimony, Kyung-ho is sentenced to death, and Dong-soo,
fulfilling a prior agreement, is sent to the same prison to exact his final revenge.
